When copying plans from one plan group to another, you can get plans out of order if you don't copy them in same order as the originating plan group.

If this happens... an easy fix is to copy the plan into the same plan group (puts the plan at the end) and delete the orginal plan that was in the wrong order.

Note:  Using copy plan group wizard avoids the potential of plans being copied in the wrong order.
