Plan DesignThe heart of Dynamic Benefit Systems is the Dynamic Plan Designer. This allows for comparisons of different programs with real time financial analysis of employer/employee costs and the ability to add and analyze the impact of HSA and HRA components to the plan.
The Plan Designer allows employers to use our Defined Budget approach to design plans around their budgets instead of making their budget fit the plan. With a click of the mouse, employers can see the impact of various contribution strategies as well as how employees will be affected.
By entering estimated renewal increases for future time periods, you can develop multi-year strategic plans for meeting budget expectations.
The Plan Designer allows you to create and capture all of the components of the plans including an employee's monthly premiums for each plan. By capturing this data in one source, communication materials to support implementation can be created. It even supports multiple age-rated premium calculation methodologies to help make your smaller age-rated clients profitable again.
Education / Communication
Choose from various employee and employer handouts that have a proven track record of engaging employers and employees, and resulting in successful implementations. Customized plan summaries in graphical or text formats, plan election forms, and coming soon… claim scenario worksheets assist in insuring that employees understand CDHC and how they will benefit by engaging in their health care.
Some competitors produce quality educational pieces on FSA, HRA and HSA, however, they are generic in their presentation. Dynamic Benefit Systems allows customized communications that take advantage of the captured plan data and premiums.
The final phase of CDHC is ongoing education. Once employees enter into CDHC plans, to be effective, employers need to provide them with the tools they need to make smart decisions. Dynamic Benefit Systems will be able to offer ongoing tools, including Renewal and Midterm reporting modules, links to CDHC websites, and information on cost and quality of services along with an online community where CDHC participants can exchange ideas and information. We will also provide quarterly newsletters specific to CDHC enrollees to continue to reinforce key points throughout the year.
